Before users can engage in share purchases within a project, they must undergo a verification process for their phone, email, and identity. Until these verifications are successfully completed, their account remains classified as unverified, limiting certain functionalities.
Upon successful completion of the verification process for phone, email, and identity, the user's account achieves verified status. This verification step is crucial for ensuring the security and legitimacy of the user, allowing them to participate in purchasing shares within projects.
The wallet represents a virtual balance of funds associated with a user's account. Users can deposit or withdraw money from this wallet, and it serves as the source for buying shares in active projects when the balance is positive.
ROI, or Return on Investment, is a financial metric calculated by dividing the total investment return by the initial investment. This figure, expressed both as a nominal number and a percentage of the initial investment, includes returns from rental operations and capital gains over a specified period, commonly 5 years.
Net Rental Return represents the income derived from rent after deducting operational costs, such as service fees, management fees, utilities, and etc. This metric can be calculated annually or for the entire estimated minimum lifespan of the project, typically 5 years, and is expressed as both a nominal figure and a percentage of the initial investment.
Synonymous with Net Rental Return, Net Rental Yield indicates the net income from rental operations after accounting for operational costs. It serves as a crucial measure of the profitability of the investment.
Capital Gain reflects the appreciation in the value of a property over time. It is realized when an investor sells a property for a price higher than the initial purchase. Calculated annually or for the estimated minimum project lifespan (usually 5 years), it is expressed both as a nominal amount and a percentage of the initial investment.
Effective Return is calculated by dividing the total investment return for a specified period (typically one year) by the initial investment. Unlike ROI, which commonly considers the entire project lifespan, effective return is calculated annually, providing a more granular view of returns. It is expressed both as a nominal amount and a percentage of the initial investment.
Minimum Investment represents the smallest amount an individual can invest in a single project. This information is project-specific and can be found on the detailed project page, allowing users to understand the entry point for participation in each opportunity.
Investment KPI is a tool designed to estimate potential profits based on individual assessments of rental return and capital appreciation. Users can fine-tune preset values, allowing for a personalized analysis of total earnings. Additionally, it enables users to compare potential returns with alternative investments, providing a comprehensive view of the investment landscape.
Asset Gain quantifies the accrued revenue and capital appreciation since the initial investment date. It is expressed as a percentage of the initial investment, reflecting the sum of all rent proceeds and appreciated property value up to the current date. This valuable metric is accessible on the user's account dashboard, providing a dynamic snapshot of the investment's overall performance.
